PLEASE INCLUDE VENDOR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER ON MEMO, DEADLINE FOR SIGN UP AND PAYMENT: JUNE 11, 2026 – NO EXCEPTIONS!

THE VENDOR AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS:

•The Vendor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the M.H.S.A.A.
•The Vendor agrees to pay the non-refundable Vendor fee of $100.00 (Food Truck fee is $150) in full due upon signing this agreement to secure one (1) vendor space. If additional vendor space is required there will be an additional fee of $100.00. Please notify the committee in advance if you require an additional space.
• Payment must be made via Zelle or CashApp.
•The Vendor set up time is from 8:00 am-10:00 am. on the day of the event. NO EXCEPTIONS.Upon arrival, each Vendor will receive two (2) wristbands (1 for the Vendor and 1 for an Assistant). If additional Assistants are needed there will be a $5.00 entry fee charge per Assistant and a $5.00 parking fee if parking on the field.
• The Vendor gives M.H.S.A.A. permission to market the logo provided via email to MackHighAlumniAssoc@gmail.com.
•The Vendor agrees to set up in the designated Vendor area ONLY.The actual Vendor space will be designated by a M.H.S.A.A. committee member.
• All vehicles must be off the field by the end of the set-up time of 10:00 am. NO EXCEPTIONS. If the Vendor leaves prior to the end of the event vehicles will not be allowed back onto the field to pack up items. Please clear all trash and other debris from your vendor space before exiting the field.
• The Vendor is responsible for providing any other items and/or equipment etc. necessary for the operation of their business. Vendor table(s) cannot be any longer than 8ft. and must have tablecloths on all tables. Tents cannot be larger than 10×10.
• Selling alcohol or alcoholic beverages, drugs (legal and illegal) or any other illegal paraphernalia is prohibited.
• Any Vendors under 18 years of age must have an adult Parent or legal Guardian present at all times. •The Vendor agrees that he/she is totally responsible for any loss and/or damage to any merchandisebeing
sold and/or any vendor property.
•The Vendor agrees that the M.H.S.A.A. is not responsible for any loss and/or damage to Vendor property and will be harmless from any liability which may result from the Vendor’s negligence or willful misconduct.
